Biography

Katinka Janssen, together with Jacqueline Spuijbroek and Sophie Vogelaar, represents the interests of the province of South Holland in Brussels. Katinka has the topics circular economy, digitization and industrial policy in her portfolio.

Her education and first professional steps took Katinka to the United States, France and China. She has a strong interest in how communities live and work together, especially across geographic or socio-cultural boundaries. At Leiden University, Katinka obtained a master’s degree in political science, a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and a bachelor’s degree in French language and culture.
